Sizing the compressor
A single packaging machine on light, intermittent use can run on a piston compressor. Once several machines or a full line draw air continuously through the shift, a rotary screw compressor, 20 to 100 HP, is the better fit — it is built to stay loaded rather than cycling on and off. Add the simultaneous flow of the whole line, plus a margin for future lines, when choosing the model.
Storage for steady line pressure
Filling and blowing operations draw air in pulses as each cycle actuates. A correctly sized receiver tank absorbs those pulses so line pressure does not sag machine to machine. Tanks run from 50 to 10,000 litres depending on line size.
Moisture and particulate control
Refrigeration dryers and line filters are available to reduce the moisture and particulate carried in compressed air on a packaging or filling line, which helps protect pneumatic components and reduce condensate in the system. State any specific air-quality requirement — including a food-grade or ISO 8573 particulate, oil or moisture class — in your enquiry, and it will be confirmed in writing in the quotation. Installation and service
Screw compressor delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance for food and packaging facilities are carried out across all cities in Saudi Arabia from the Riyadh facility. Piston compressors, tanks, dryers and filters can also be delivered to the GCC, the wider Middle East and Africa, though installation and maintenance are performed inside Saudi Arabia only.

Do you supply oil-free compressors for food or packaging lines?
No. Namerah does not supply oil-free compressors or certify a supplied system to a food-grade or ISO 8573 air-quality class. State your requirement in the enquiry and it will be addressed in writing in the quotation.
What size compressor suits a packaging line?
A single machine on light use can run on a piston compressor. A line drawing air continuously through the shift is better matched to a rotary screw compressor, sized on the line's simultaneous demand.
Can you supply dryers and filters for a bottling line?
Yes. Refrigeration dryers and line filters are available to reduce moisture and particulate carryover; specify any particular air-quality requirement so it can be confirmed in writing.
