Air receiver tank or custom pressure vessel?
An air receiver tank is a standard catalogue product. It stores compressed air at a fixed working pressure, comes in published volumes from 50 to 10,000 litres in vertical and horizontal formats, and is ready to order without a drawing.
A custom pressure vessel is built to order. You define the volume, the design pressure, the medium it holds, the orientation, the nozzle and connection layout and the supports. Choose this route when your process, your available floor space or your piping layout does not match a catalogue tank.
- Standard tank: published volume, published pressure rating, no drawing needed.
- Custom vessel: your drawing, your volume, your connections, your quantity.
- Both are manufactured at the same Riyadh facility.
How the quotation works
Custom fabrication is quoted from information, not from a price list. Send the following with your enquiry and the quotation can be prepared without a second round of questions.
- Drawing or sketch of the vessel, with dimensions.
- Required volume in litres or cubic metres.
- Design pressure and normal operating pressure.
- Operating medium — compressed air, water, or another fluid.
- Connection requirements: nozzle sizes, positions and flange or thread type.
- Quantity required.
- Delivery destination.
Fabrication and inspection
Vessels are fabricated in-house in Riyadh, in the same workshop that produces the air receiver tank range. Namerah works to an ISO 9001 quality system, and holds ASME, National Board and CE certification covering its certified product lines; the certificates displayed on this site are the ones we can supply on request.
Where your project requires a specific code stamp, material grade or test regime, state it in the enquiry. It will be confirmed in writing in the quotation rather than assumed here.
