Sizing for continuous duty
A facility drawing utility air through most of the shift should be sized on a rotary screw compressor rather than a piston machine — a piston unit worked continuously will run hot and wear quickly. Add the simultaneous flow of everything on the utility circuit, add a margin for future connections, and match it to a 20 to 100 HP screw model working at 10 bar.
Storage and pressure stability
A correctly sized receiver tank keeps utility pressure stable when demand across a facility varies, and reduces how often the compressor loads and unloads. Standard tanks run from 50 to 10,000 litres; if your layout needs a non-standard volume, orientation or nozzle arrangement, that is built as a custom pressure vessel to your drawing.
Moisture and particulate control
Refrigeration dryers and line filters reduce the moisture and particulate carried in compressed air, which matters for pneumatic instruments and tools on a utility circuit. State the air quality your process requires in the enquiry — including any moisture, oil-carryover or particulate limit — and it will be confirmed in writing in the quotation rather than assumed. We do not claim oil-free compressors or a certified air-quality classification for a supplied system.
Custom vessels and installation
Where a facility needs a vessel built to a specific drawing — a non-standard buffer volume, a particular nozzle layout, or integration into existing pipework — Namerah manufactures custom pressure vessels in Riyadh to the customer's drawing and requested size, working to an ISO 9001 quality system with ASME, National Board and CE certification on certified product lines.

No. Namerah supplies general industrial screw and piston compressors for utility and workshop duty. Hazardous-area or ATEX-certified equipment is not part of what we supply.
Can you certify a compressor system as oil-free or to an instrument-air quality standard?
No. We do not claim oil-free compressors or a certified air-quality classification for a supplied system. State the air quality your process requires in the enquiry and it will be addressed in writing in the quotation.
